What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes for the credit card business line
- Build and maintain models to track Life-Time Value (LTV) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Monitor delinquency rates, net charge-offs (NCOs), and provisioning (CECL)
- Partner with leaders across the organization to support expense planning
- Evaluate new initiatives and pricing changes through scenario and sensitivity analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or private equity
- Strong financial modeling skills and experience with large data sets
- Proficient in crafting C-level narratives using Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of balance sheet lending and consumer credit dynamics
