What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage capital budget and projections for Core Technology Portfolio(s)
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Leadership to oversee and prioritize infrastructure project tasks
- Conduct analysis on contracted labor and resource management
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards in ServiceNow to support project tracking
- Ensure timely governance and oversight of budgeting processes and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of cumulative experience or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management or Project Management Office functions
- At least 5 years of relevant technical and business experience
- Strong knowledge of Budget Management and experience with Pivot Tables in Google Sheets
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and Google Workspace
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project management degree/diploma/certification
- 5+ years of experience in Project & Budget Management
- Experience with Managed Service Providers and Vendor Management
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
