What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advanced technical and analytical coaching on staffing and scheduling best practices
- Educate and train clinical and non-clinical front-line managers on workforce management tools
- Manage operations and day-to-day functionality of workforce management systems
- Prepare operational and financial analyses to assess business unit performance
- Lead training sessions and develop educational materials for workforce management standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field with relevant experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a related field
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and experience with business intelligence tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Lean, Six Sigma, or related experience or certification preferred
- Experience in developing and managing small to medium-sized projects
- Familiarity with workforce management standards and best practices
