      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule appointments and meet with existing customers to assess their applications and product requirements
      - Conduct sales presentations and effectively plan daily customer meetings
      - Liaise between the employer and customers regarding pricing, service updates, and new product launches
      - Generate and develop prospect accounts to increase revenue through distribution partnerships
      - Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate contact information and follow-up on leads

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-8 years of experience in tooling and manufacturing processes
      - Strong manufacturing background with a focus on milling, turning, and grooving (minimum of 5 years)
      - Proven account management experience with current customers
      - Ability to assist customers in processing parts and applying tools correctly
      - Degree in sales and marketing or a related field is highly regarded

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Job shop experience is highly regarded
      - Experience in designing special tools
      - Proven ability to develop new customer relationships
      - Experience processing customer parts from drawings to finished products
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take a new perspective on existing solutions
