      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead daily support activities and ensure compliance with severity guidelines and support processes
      - Develop a comprehensive understanding of application support policies and procedures for enterprise applications
      - Provide technical expertise to the support team on system workflows
      - Directly manage support tickets with end users to analyze and resolve problems
      - Identify emerging issue trends and contribute to internal and business process improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant experience
      - 5+ years of technical/functional support of ERP systems or related complex business systems
      - 1-3 years of experience in Agile software development
      - Experience managing relationships and SLAs with third-party ticketing systems
      - Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple products, projects, and customer issues simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Salesforce experience or certification preferred
