What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive risk culture by ensuring awareness of risk frameworks, policies, and standards within the Business Line
- Facilitate communication and training for Business Lines on risk frameworks and compliance
- Continuously monitor sources of risk and assess controls to mitigate identified risks
- Conduct risk assessments, including Process Mapping and Internal Control testing, to identify and manage potential issues
- Liaise with the Business Line for all exam-related activities and validate remediation efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Business, Statistics, Risk Management, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or equivalent field
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Controls, Auditing, Credit Management, or relevant legal/regulatory experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a Business Unit
- Demonstrated experience executing risk projects across multiple business lines
- Advanced knowledge of the financial services sector and regulatory environment

- Master's Degree in Accounting, Business, Statistics, Risk Management, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or equivalent field
- Demonstrated thought leadership in operational risk identification and mitigation practices
- Superior project management skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives
- Experience building credibility and collaborating with senior executives
- Excellent analytical and complex problem-solving skills
