What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, edit, and maintain online help and user documentation for Pharmacy software
- Validate content by interviewing subject matter experts to ensure accurate user navigation
- Collaborate with trainers and Business Analysts to refine user documentation and job aids
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
- Implement comprehensive technical documentation and quality assurance checks for accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or software documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with the systems development life cycle (SDLC)
