What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead client automation projects focusing on strategy, enablement, and execution
- Develop and implement automation architectures and designs tailored to client needs
- Provide technical leadership and support during client engagements
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance practice capabilities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing IT automation within organizations
- Proven track record of leading large and complex automation engagements
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with familiarity in Golang being a plus
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences and presenting technical concepts effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with modern development tools and environments, such as Git and Docker
- Familiarity with data serialization formats like YAML, JSON, XML, and CSV
- Foundational knowledge of public and private cloud computing platforms such as AWS and VMware vSphere
- Working knowledge of automation and orchestration tools, including Ansible and Terraform
- Demonstrated ability to document and communicate complex ideas clearly
