      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with departments to gather essential information for grant proposals and increase grant-seeking efforts
      - Conduct funding needs analyses and research grant opportunities from various sources
      - Monitor grant funding usage to ensure compliance and maximize funding potential
      - Provide support for pre- and post-award grant management, including documentation and reporting
      - Assist and coordinate the work of other analysts in completing assigned duties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
      - Four years of experience in County or municipal grants management, budget development, or strategic planning
      - Considerable knowledge of public administration principles and practices
      - Ability to analyze complex problems and present recommendations clearly
      - Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated experience in evaluating services for efficiency and effectiveness
      - Master’s degree in a related field preferred, but not required
      - Experience in recommending and implementing process improvements
