      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources
      - Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to provide insights
      - Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs
      - Collaborate with clients to tailor existing analysis or reports to their specific needs
      - Actively participate in all stages of project development, ensuring functional and operational requirements are met

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5-7 years of business analysis experience
      - At least 6 years of managed care experience
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, PowerBI, and Data Bricks
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of formal training in Project Management
      - Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis
      - Experience working with complex, highly technical teams
