What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze business challenges and opportunities, providing strategic or tactical recommendations
- Support direct-to-consumer marketing and strategic product development efforts
- Assist in creating risk models and testing hypotheses related to consumer credit trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality, volume, service, and profitability
- Develop and implement operational solutions while monitoring outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
- At least 1 year of experience in analysis
- At least 1 year of experience in SQL querying
- Proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Business or a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, or Engineering
- 1+ years of experience in statistical model building
- 1+ years of experience in market research
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis
- 1+ years of experience in consulting
