What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to develop and manage real estate and facility management solutions
- Assist with continuous improvement efforts and operational support activities
- Verify solution requirements by partnering with development and testing teams
- Create and maintain key documentation for project deliverables
- Develop and execute test cases or work with the QA team for testing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 7 years' experience in business analysis or functional real estate knowledge in a professional services industry
- Experience in multiple real estate business process areas, such as lease administration and maintenance management
- Proven ability to gather and document requirements through facilitating sessions with subject matter experts
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in cloud-based services and fundamental data analysis skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to interact with all levels in the organization

- Experience during the implementation of an IWMS system and understanding of the deployment lifecycle
- Proven track record of leading large meetings with senior stakeholders
- Self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement
- High attention to detail and well-organized
