What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ecommerce projects
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure clear communication
- Lead and manage small to medium-sized ecommerce projects, ensuring timely delivery
- Develop and maintain business requirement documents, user stories, and use cases
- Stay updated on ecommerce trends and identify opportunities for process improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business management or information technology, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of related experience in a technology/project environment and/or Agile software development
- Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools like Sketch or Figma
- Valid Driver's License is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
