What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for the project, including strategy, planning, execution, and sign-off
- Review and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements to ensure alignment with expected outcomes
- Communicate testing status, risks, defects, and dependencies to project leadership and stakeholders
- Coordinate test data creation and environment readiness with technical teams and implementation partners
- Maintain thorough testing documentation, including strategies, plans, cases, defect logs, and sign-off artifacts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting new system implementation projects
- Experience with corporate systems, HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management implementations
- At least 5 years of experience with UKG (Kronos) implementations or upgrades
- Proven success in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
