  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Engage with stakeholders at all levels through exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  - Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable solutions

  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  - Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
  - Advanced proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including process mapping and requirements documentation
  - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to think critically and strategically
  - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with business analysis and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  - Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and delivering results within established timelines
  - Demonstrated ability to mentor and train junior analysts, fostering a culture of best practices in business analysis
  - Broad understanding of key business functions, including Sales, Project Management, and Finance
  - Willingness to learn new concepts and technologies and share knowledge with IT team members
