What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and validate business needs while leading and conducting QA activities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify process improvements
- Document detailed business requirements and create user stories using Agile and Design Thinking methodologies
- Lead QA activities for user stories and coordinate the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process
- Support end-user training and enablement programs for smooth adoption of systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce
- Strong understanding of QA processes and business process analysis
- Experience with Salesforce and connected apps, including gathering business requirements
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and the software development life cycle
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certifications
- Experience working in DevOps and Agile Teams
- Copado Robotic Testing Certifications
- Experience with modeling tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Lucid Chart
- A continuous learning mindset and adaptability to change
