What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and validate business needs while leading QA activities to improve system effectiveness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals
- Conduct requirements interviews and collaborative sessions to gather business requirements and identify process improvements
- Create detailed business requirements and user stories utilizing Agile and Design Thinking methodologies
- Manage the UAT process and support end-user training to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud)
- Strong understanding of QA processes and business process analysis and design
- Experience in Salesforce and connected apps, including gathering business requirements and presenting solutions
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development life cycle
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certifications
- Experience with Copado Robotic Testing Certifications
- Knowledge of Generative AI Code Assistants and latest Generative AI Model capabilities
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucid Chart, and Smartsheets
