What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather requirements and acceptance criteria for various projects
- Participate in SCRUM meetings to support delivery and ensure solutions meet criteria
- Conduct user acceptance and end-to-end testing of final solutions
- Document solutions for training, process development, and service delivery
- Troubleshoot system and process issues, recommending solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Understanding of healthcare financial accounts (HSA, HRA, FSA) or experience in the payments industry
- Knowledge of SAFe Agile principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with stakeholders
- Advanced understanding of MS Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SAFe POPM certification highly desired
- PMI - PBA, IIBA, or equivalent Business Analyst certifications highly desired
- PMI - PMP certification highly desired
