- Acts as a lead contributor to execute the scope of initiatives and processes through continuity planning, operational resilience, testing, and response management.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure business continuity, crisis management and/or disaster recovery plans adhere to policies, standards and/or procedures.
- Supports deliverables related to audit and regulatory inquiries.
- Identifies gaps and/or risks with the ability to propose solutions with streamlined execution.
- Provides in-depth reporting and analytics to drive data-driven process improvements, control enhancements, and ensure FLU/CF partners are held accountable for program requirements.
- Provides subject matter consulting related to business continuity, crisis management, and disaster recovery programs.
- Deliver end-to-end assessment of potential/actual stakeholder impacts, mitigation action planning and consistent messaging.
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external partnerships.
- Quickly execute concise, accurate, and timely communications driven by data analysis to senior leadership.
- Engage with all FLU/CFs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of planning and preparedness processes.
- Must be able to ingest information quickly and manage multiple processes simultaneously.
- Develop and refine business processes and standard/procedure requirements to ensure FLU/CF preparedness for disruption events.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Exercise team on design and participation in response-based exercises, drills, tabletops, etc. ensuring appropriate representation of Global Response roles and responsibilities.

- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Management and/or Crisis Management experience in the banking/financial services sector.
- Ability to be flexible in support of the maturing organization with an enterprise scope and mindset
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing demands, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Ability to appropriately influence key stakeholders and partners, and effectively challenge when necessary.
- Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes.
- Effectively communicate to inform, influence, and resolve key issues in a timely manner with all levels of the organization
- Ability to demonstrate strong relationship management and communication skills – candidate will need to navigate through the complexities of establishing relationships with horizontal partners, stretching up and across multiple organizations

- Strong risk awareness, including operational, compliance, and reputational risk.
- Reporting and analytics experience, including:
- SQL: intermediate-to-advanced-level (Joins/Union/Case/In/Group By/Append/Update)
- Excel: expert/power-user (pivots, dynamic array/spill functions, Power Query, intermediate VBA)
- MS Access: intermediate-to-advanced level.
- Experience with tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and SharePoint.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Contribute to create a positive team culture within a diverse workforce.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
