      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and evolve reporting environments, identifying key data sources for operational reports
      - Gather and analyze data from back-office systems to provide insights on business health
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to define and publish KPIs in executive-level dashboards
      - Establish at-risk and early warning processes for proactive business management
      - Participate in process improvement efforts and document business processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of financial or business analytic experience
      - Bachelor's Degree in economics, accounting, or finance
      - Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, NetSuite, and Data Warehousing tools
      - Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and advanced formulas
      - Ability to translate complex data into consumable formats for various audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with software sales metrics and KPIs
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Datahug, and Marketo
      - Salesforce Developer or Administrator Certification
      - Six Sigma and PMP certification
      - Proven ability to build trusted relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams
