What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive operational excellence by leading biweekly operations reviews to enhance GCI’s impact on critical priorities
- Develop and manage the GCI Scorecard to track business impact and organizational effectiveness
- Curate and execute leadership offsites to align priorities and foster strategic thinking
- Champion the adoption and optimization of project management tools to improve team collaboration
- Coordinate internal communications to keep the team informed and aligned on key initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proven operational or strategic planning experience, preferably within the software industry
- Training and/or experience in agile methodologies and operations management
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to translate insights into actionable plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence

- Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools and project management systems
- Knowledge of consumer insights and market research methodologies
- Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams
