      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct workshops and interviews with subject matter experts to define "as-is" business processes
      - Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
      - Create detailed process maps and maintain a repository of process documentation
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to document proposed "to-be" processes that improve efficiency
      - Work with client-facing teams to translate client needs into concrete process requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
      - 6+ years of experience in a dedicated Business Process Analyst or similar role
      - Proven proficiency with process mapping tools and methodologies
      - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
      - Excellent communication and facilitation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or a Certified Business Analysis Professional
      - Direct experience preparing processes for Business Process Outsourcing or working with Global System Integrators
      - Experience in a client-facing or consulting role
      - Familiarity with workflow automation technologies
