What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to understand organizational design needs and advise on hiring strategies for operations and G&A roles
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and closing
- Build candidate pools for hard-to-fill key roles and maintain relationships with potential hires
- Provide insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive dynamics to inform hiring decisions
- Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes and optimize performance based on data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in business and operations functions
- Deep knowledge of business operations and organizational strategy
- Proven ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders
- Experience sourcing for niche and high-impact roles using various recruiting tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on recruiting performance metrics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in structured recruiting environments and optimizing processes in an ATS
- Proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and industry networks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach
