What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 business system enhancements to support various departments
- Analyze and translate complex business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with software developers to propose feasible and innovative solutions
- Develop and coordinate testing of solutions to ensure they meet requirements before deployment
- Assist with formal validation of enhancements or fixes that affect regulatory compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7 years of experience developing solutions for the Microsoft Dynamics suite of applications
- 2 year degree, relevant certification, or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM applications, especially D365 modules
- Prior experience with Power Automate, Copilot, or other automation systems associated with Microsoft Dynamics applications
- Strong customer-service orientation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing CRM and ERP applications in a fully SaaS cloud ecosystem
- Experience designing integrations to and from CRM applications using a variety of tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentations skills a plus
