      Job Title: Sr. Business Systems Analyst
      Location: Remote (Brazil)

      Duration: 6 Months

      Pay Rate: $20 - $25/hr on W2

      Responsibilities

      1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis
      • Engage stakeholders to understand business needs and integration goals.
      • Document functional and non-functional requirements.
      • Identify dependencies and constraints related to integration activities.

      2. Process Mapping & Workflow Design
      • Analyze current business and system processes.
      • Define integration impact and how the new system will align.
      • Create process flow diagrams and data mapping documents.

      3. Solution Design & Collaboration
      • Collaborate with developers, architects, and third-party vendors to design integration solutions.
      • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
      • Define API specifications, data exchange protocols, and integration points.

      4. Testing & Validation
      • Oversee the development of test scenarios and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
      • Ensure data integrity and system compatibility after integration.

      5. Documentation & Reporting
      • Maintain detailed documentation of requirements, design decisions, and implementation activities.
      • Prepare user guides, training materials, and facilitate knowledge transfer.

      6. Risk Assessment & Issue Resolution
      • Identify potential risks in the integration process and develop mitigation strategies.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve system conflicts and performance issues.

      7. Deployment & Post-Implementation Support
      • Assist in planning and executing integration deployments.
      • Provide support during go-live and address post-launch issues.

      Key Deliverables
      • Requirements Document: Business needs, technical specifications, and integration goals.
      • Process Flow Diagrams & Data Mapping: Visual representation of system transitions.
      • Implementation Checklist & Rollback Plan: Structured approach to deployment and contingencies.
      • User Training & Support Materials: Resources to aid user adoption (as applicable).
      • Post-Implementation Report: Summary of results, insights, and optimization recommendations.
