      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and process complex medical malpractice claims, developing action plans for timely resolution
      - Conduct investigations and provide detailed reports on claims and legal actions
      - Negotiate claim settlements within designated authority levels
      - Coordinate legal defense and manage relationships with attorneys to ensure compliance with client guidelines
      - Identify and investigate opportunities for fraud, recovery, and cost management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
      - Minimum of six (6) years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
      - In-depth knowledge of medical malpractice insurance principles and laws
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
      - Experience with medical management practices and Social Security application procedures related to claims
