      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead expansion sales and retention efforts for large group health plans using a consultative sales approach
      - Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and consultants for mutual customer benefit
      - Support strategic growth objectives and communicate effectively with senior executives
      - Manage complex negotiations and assist with EAP customer sales or renewals
      - Oversee and mentor direct reports, including a Client Specialist and a Client Support Specialist

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and 7 years of related experience, or a high school diploma with 11 years of related experience
      - Must obtain a Life and Health Insurance License within 90 days of hire
      - Valid driver's license required
      - Extensive experience in business acumen, customer relations, and leadership within the health insurance industry
      - Experience with group insurance for large groups (151+ eligible employees) preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in sales within the health insurance or employee benefits sector
      - Familiarity with managed care organizations (MCO) and commercial health plans
      - Proven track record of successful negotiations and client relationship management
