What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with larger and complex clients to drive revenue growth
- Identify business opportunities for upselling products and services to existing clients
- Establish and monitor metrics reflecting client program health and satisfaction
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement action plans for resolving client issues
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote contract renewal
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant field
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Strong analytical skills and a growth mindset
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Experience in key account management within the healthcare industry
