What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to meet Cardiac Ablation Solutions objectives
- Represent the employer during ablation procedures, offering troubleshooting and technical assistance
- Educate and train healthcare professionals on the use of AFS products and related procedures
- Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure effective communication regarding procedural updates
- Promote the safe and effective use of Cardiac Ablation Solutions products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field, OR
- Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field, OR
- Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 80%
- Experience interacting with clinical settings and technical support roles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline
- Proven track record in technical training assignments
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales
- Participation in a pacing school or ATI-like training program
- Preference for local qualified candidates with previous experience at the employer
