      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support for Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) products
      - Conduct checks/interrogations of CRM medical device systems and support product implants post sign-off
      - Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on CRM products and solutions
      - Assist in managing consignment and trunk inventory to meet customer needs
      - Stay current on new products and complete all assigned training in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of work experience in an Electrophysiology (EP) or Cath Lab setting, or in sales/service in a cardiac device company; OR
      - Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in an EP or Cath Lab setting, or in sales/service in a cardiac device company; OR
      - Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 4 years of work experience in an EP or Cath Lab setting, or in sales/service in a cardiac device company
      - Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
      - Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
      - Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues at all organizational levels
      - Strong work ethic and customer service skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft tools and applications, including SalesForce.com
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
