      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet CRM sales and customer service objectives
      - Successfully complete CRM Field Technical Training and provide support for product implants and troubleshooting
      - Manage patient registration and hospital documentation, and assist with inventory management
      - Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on products and solutions
      - Stay updated on new products and complete all assigned training in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of work experience in an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales/service in a cardiac device company; OR
      - Associate's Degree plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales/service in a cardiac device company; OR
      - Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 4 years of work experience in an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales/service in a cardiac device company
      - Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
      - Ability to travel frequently to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
      - Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues
      - Strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills
      - Expertise with Microsoft tools and other applications (e.g., SalesForce.com)
      - Ability to coordinate multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment
