What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet CRM sales and customer service objectives
- Educate and train healthcare professionals on medical products and solutions
- Perform checks and troubleshooting of CRM medical device systems
- Manage patient registration and hospital documentation as needed
- Assist with customer purchase orders and inventory management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma with a minimum of 8 years of work experience in an EP or Cath Lab setting, or sales/service in a cardiac device company; OR
- Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; OR
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for on-call support
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships across various organizational levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools and applications such as SalesForce.com
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
