What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Physician and Advanced Practice Clinician roles, including sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience and facilitate communication with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with the hiring team on onboarding processes as necessary
- Develop strategies with the Sourcing team to attract and build pipelines of top talent
- Advise leadership on compensation and market variables related to clinical talent acquisition
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting Advanced Practice Clinicians, Physicians, or Clinical Leadership roles
- Knowledge of employment laws related to hiring, including OFCCP, EEO, AAP, and Non-Competes
- Experience using CRM software and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work remotely in NY, NJ, PA, or CT
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in a business role, preferably in healthcare or talent acquisition
- Experience working with Advanced Practice Clinicians, Physicians, RNs, and Clinical Leadership in healthcare settings
- Familiarity with provider compensation plans
- Reside within the Northeast region with the ability to be onsite as needed
