What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement innovative, measurable engagement programs for customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user involvement and advocacy
- Design and manage incentive programs to encourage community participation
- Organize special events, webinars, and workshops for community leaders
- Evaluate the success of engagement programs and make data-driven adjustments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in community management or customer engagement
- Proven track record of successful community engagement programs
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Experience using data to inform decisions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of digital communities and social media platforms
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for innovation and customer advocacy
- Experience with GSuite & Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence)
