What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures for multiple countries
- Manage projects related to annual incentive administration and market survey analysis
- Serve as a consultant on compensation trends and issues, ensuring internal equity
- Conduct job leveling, analysis, classification, and regular audits of compensation data
- Design and deliver compensation training and guidance to managers and leaders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Compensation, including program analysis and administration
- Experience in creating and maintaining salary structures and managing company-wide projects
- Knowledge of Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and exemption testing
- Advanced Excel skills with high attention to detail; Workday experience strongly preferred

- Proficiency in Power BI and Automate
- Proven financial and business acumen with independent analysis capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal, consulting, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment
