What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Load and maintain contract, benefit, or reference table information into the claim payment system and other applicable systems
- Participate in defect resolution for assigned components
- Assist in the development of configuration standards and best practices while suggesting process improvements
- Help plan and coordinate application upgrades and releases, including the development and execution of test plans
- Participate in the implementation and conversion of new and existing health plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Must have QNXT configuration experience specifically in Benefits
- Proficiency in SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate Degree or equivalent experience
- 7-9 years of relevant work experience in healthcare or claims processing
