  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead the end-to-end scoping, execution, and delivery of diverse projects involving heavy data and statistical modeling
  - Translate clients’ business needs into bespoke technical approaches that drive outcomes
  - Independently explore and document new possibilities with data to solve complex problems
  - Serve as a technical advisor and data expert for internal project partners
  - Collaborate with other teams to prototype and iterate analyses to scale work across the organization
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Physics, or other equivalent quantitative science
  - 7+ years of industry experience as a data scientist or in a data-heavy role with client interaction
  - Proficiency in SQL and Python, and/or R
  - Demonstrated ability to tailor technical communication to various audiences
  - Experience with applied statistics across different data types and sizes
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Masters/PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Physics, or equivalent quantitative science
  - Experience working with marketing insights, shopping data, or in the retail industry
  - Track record of delivering innovative solutions supported by production-ready code
  - Enthusiasm for identifying new business and product opportunities
