      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer, extend, negotiate, and terminate standard and nonstandard contracts
      - Conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract administration to ensure compliance with company policies and customer specifications
      - Examine estimates of materials, services, and delivery schedules for accuracy and completeness
      - Prepare bids, process specifications, and compile and analyze data for management reporting
      - Provide guidance and coaching to lower-level specialists and may manage projects within the job area

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing (OR Associate's Degree with 4+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 2+ years experience)
      - Strong understanding of contract acquisition and fulfillment processes
      - Excellent communication skills for interaction with senior internal and external stakeholders
      - Ability to analyze complex issues and recommend process improvements
      - Experience in managing projects and leading teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare or medical device industries
      - Advanced degree in a relevant field
      - Proven track record of successful contract negotiations
      - Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
