      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Thoroughly review and analyze contractual agreements to identify key compliance requirements and terms
      - Develop and implement processes for monitoring compliance with contractual obligations, including deadlines and performance metrics
      - Maintain accurate records of all relevant documents and manage contract repositories for easy access
      - Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure understanding of contractual requirements and provide daily support to the construction group
      - Prepare regular reports on contract compliance status and provide recommendations for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
      - Minimum of 8 years' experience managing large-scale construction project contracts, including certified payroll reporting
      - Familiarity with California labor laws and construction business practices
      - Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel and Project
      - Excellent verbal, written, and technical communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using LCP Tracker or similar compliance management software
      - Experience using Procore or similar construction management software
      - Extensive knowledge of processing specifications, RFIs, and maintaining a submittal register
      - Proven ability to gather, validate, and analyze quantitative data
      - Flexibility to travel to project sites as needed
