What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and maintain critical information on claims databases, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
- Synchronize data among operational and claims systems, applying relevant business rules
- Validate data to ensure adherence to business and system requirements related to contracting and benefits
- Assist in planning and coordinating application upgrades and releases, including development and execution of test plans
- Participate in the implementation and conversion of new and existing health plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of configuration experience in a relevant field
- Experience working with QNXT and SQL
- Ability to load and maintain contract, benefit, or reference table information into claims payment systems
- Participation in defect resolution for assigned components

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate Degree or equivalent experience
- 7-9 years of configuration experience
- Experience working with Networx
- Proven track record in developing configuration standards and best practices
- Skills in suggesting process improvements for system efficiency and quality enhancement
