      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee full life cycle recruitment for full-time exempt roles across various functions in North America
      - Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and execute hiring plans
      - Implement strategies to improve quality of hire, time to fill, and diversity metrics
      - Create and manage talent pipelines to attract top candidates
      - Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies based on outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or human resources, with 3+ years in a direct recruitment role
      - Extensive experience in direct recruiting without agency involvement
      - Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously across different stages
      - Fluency in Workday or similar applicant tracking systems
      - Strong coaching skills and a track record of influencing hiring managers
