  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Advise on global employment matters, including hiring, onboarding, and employee relations
  - Develop and maintain employment policies and compliance frameworks in alignment with local laws
  - Provide guidance on international privacy and data protection laws, focusing on HR data privacy
  - Support corporate governance and compliance programs, including the Code of Conduct and Anti-Corruption initiatives
  - Serve as a trusted legal advisor, translating complex legal concepts into practical business solutions
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - JD and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  - 8-10 years of employment and diverse legal counseling experience, preferably in-house at a technology or SaaS company
  - Strong background in global employment and privacy/data protection regulations
  - Experience in building and managing corporate compliance programs
  - Ability to navigate ambiguity and tackle complex problems with sound judgment
