What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide quality support to Client Transition Services by analyzing new case audits
- Identify trends in conversion strategies that may require changes to audit processes
- Create plan-level conversion reconciliations and collaborate with the Transition team for resolution
- Manage administrative functions for new plans and recommend service improvements
- Train team members on Client Transition Services audit procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience
- Five years of financial services experience
- Strong understanding of defined benefit/defined contribution or relevant financial operations
- Knowledge of installation processes and plan administration
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Pension plan conversion experience
- Experience with AQT and/or SharePoint
