      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prevent risk and drive growth in customer accounts through early engagement and value delivery
      - Achieve financial and strategic revenue targets
      - Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure adoption and value realization
      - Collaborate with internal resources to develop growth and risk mitigation strategies
      - Analyze usage data to prioritize time effectively for favorable customer outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success in SaaS
      - Experience with deal negotiation cycles and meeting key performance indicators
      - BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to convey value through interactions with customers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong contract negotiation skills with experience driving contracts to completion on time
      - Experience supporting adoption across organizations as a change agent for the customer
      - Ability to demonstrate a strategic approach to enable persuasive value conversations with customers at an executive level
      - Ability to react and adapt to potential rapid shifts in priorities
      - Salesforce experience
