Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive engagement strategies and joint-success plans
- Utilize data to make informed decisions and uncover new opportunities
- Serve as a product expert and provide strategic guidance to customers
- Align customer use cases to support critical functions and competitive advantages
- Build relationships with customer executives and perform regular business reviews
Requirements:
- Extensive experience managing Fortune 100/Global Accounts
- Strong focus on Customer Success in the XaaS model
- Proven ability to build successful relationships with VP and C-Level customer contacts
- Advanced business acumen, including financial and strategic knowledge
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM) knowledge and experience preferred
Additional Information:
- This role reports to a Sr Manager of Customer Success - Key Accounts
- Remote work from the West Coast is possible
- Smartsheet Product and System Administrator Certification required (or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire)
