      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop strong working relationships with the Customer Success Management (CSM) team to deliver exceptional customer service to clients
      - Provide advanced product knowledge and guidance to help clients achieve industry standards through targeted training and webinars
      - Set benchmarks for product understanding and utilization, recommending best practices to enhance client operations
      - Resolve advanced-level issues to ensure clients achieve value from products, while recommending improvements to sales and service processes
      - Stay updated on automotive trends impacting the suite of products and serve as an internal escalation point for team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in dealership operations
      - Subject matter expertise in CDK Parts, Service, and CDK Inspect applications
      - Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - High sense of urgency and ability to handle high-stress interactions with empathy
      - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of CDK's organizational structure, solutions, implementation, and service models
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - 5+ years of retail automotive experience preferred
