What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytical and reporting needs and provide actionable insights
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives and solve business problems
- Present findings and recommendations to key leaders and stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year degree in a technical field (Statistics, Mathematics, or related field) or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in quantitative data analysis, with strong industry performance; 5+ years preferred
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools including SQL, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, and/or equivalent technologies
- Advanced SQL experience writing complex queries

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced technical degree a plus
- Intermediately accomplished with Python or R
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical teams
