What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide strategic insights for product and engineering teams
- Define, build, and assess meaningful KPIs for applications and systems
- Create data alerts and derive actionable insights through quantitative analysis and data visualization
- Clean and transform data from various sources to facilitate thorough analysis
- Identify and propose process improvement opportunities within the data team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
- 3+ years of experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Domo
- Advanced SQL skills, including proficiency with multiple-table joins, unions, and analytical functions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Python
- Expertise with Looker
- Experience with Data Build Tool (dbt)
- Familiarity with embedded analytics solutions
- Advanced knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical packages for data analysis (e.g., Python, numpy, pandas, R, Excel)
