      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and Maintain Data Governance Standards and Procedures
      - Identify and Manage Data Quality Issues and Improvement Opportunities
      - Define Data Quality Metrics and Business Rules
      - Collaborate and Drive Change
      - Create and Produce Data Quality Reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in MIS, business, or related field, or equivalent required
      - Minimum five years of direct experience in reporting and analytics within financial services or similar role required
      - Minimum of two years Data Quality tool experience required
      - Strong analytical, conceptual, and critical thinking skills with a proven track record in gathering and documenting comprehensive business requirements required
      - Effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree preferred
      - Seven years or more experience preferred
      - Two years experience using end user reporting tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or SSR) and experience with SQL, or other comparable query language preferred
      - Knowledge and ability to develop and perform data manipulation, data cleansing, data analysis, and data anomalies detection preferred
      - Experience with Ataccama and other professional data quality and data governance tools and leading project teams preferred
