What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and execute the social media editorial calendar for the Cranial and Spinal Technologies operating unit
- Create and produce multimedia content for various digital channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
- Develop and optimize product, portfolio, and campaign pages on the company website
- Evaluate digital program performance and develop insights to optimize content for target audiences
- Support Medtronic events as a content creator or director to generate promotional media
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of relevant experience in digital/social media, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in the technical aspects of social media channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
- Strong writing, editing, and copywriting skills
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a regulated industry environment
- Basic photography and videography skills for social media content creation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with omnichannel digital marketing and product launches
- Knowledge of data analytics and experience with Adobe Analytics
- Direct-to-consumer campaign experience
- Familiarity with paid social media strategies
- An appetite for learning and experimenting with new content and communication approaches
